Member Registration

Please register membership at CREERFAIR official website when you place an order and you may asked to provide basic personal information including name, date of birth, gender, identity card number, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, E-mail, etc. If you have already gotten a membership at CREERFAIR, you can directly login your ID and password to proceed further shopping process.

Order Processing

An e-mail confirming receipt of your order will also be sent after the order has been submitted. If you did not get an order confirmation within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at 886-4-2688-0065 or via e-mail for the assistance with your order number. The orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment completion. Please note that processing time only on business day exclusive of weekend days or major holidays.

Modifying Order Content

If you want to add, remove or change the items, please contact us within 2 hr when the order has been placed.

Order Expiration

The unpaid order will be expired after 7 days from the date of the original order was placed. Besides, the order and currency exchange rate of order were no longer valid.

Currency Exchange Rate

Please note that the price of merchandise at the site was base on NT Dollars, the currency rate vary widely from each day; contact your local bank office for further information.

Shipping Fee

The Express shipping fee is NT$ 500 per order.


We offer registered mail / signature release air parcel as our shipping delivery method. We highly recommend that you use your work address not P.O. Boxes as your shipping address to ensure that the parcel can be signed for during delivery when filling out your shipping details. Shipping with non-registered mail / no signature required can be arranged upon request. However, keep in mind that with this shipping method, secured delivery cannot be guarantee, and the parcel cannot be tracked through the postal systems.


Credit card payment ( Master Card,Visa and JCB)

Please note that the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

Return & Exchange

Any problem with the shipment must be reported to us within 7 days after it has been sent. Besides, all the content of all our shipments are photographically recorded to avoid shipping errors. If your items are wrong or damaged, please contact us and provide your order number and photos for case review and faster service. Please note that only unused, unopened items can be returned. All return items must remain in the original condition in which they were received.

To return or exchange an item, please find the following steps:

1. Please fill out the Return&Exchange Merchandise Form and enclose it with your returned merchandise. We strongly recommend that you e-mail to before enclosing this form in your parcel. This would provide us a record in case that the parcel is lost.

4. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable. Your return will be processed promptly when we receive it. All exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing time for an exchange is usually 7 to 10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Refusal Of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any package from CREERFAIR, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will also be charged extra for the returned shipping fee. Please note: Only products purchased at may be returned for refund or exchange.


After we received the returned merchandise and invoices, confirming the number and appearance product is correct, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note that refunds must be requested within 7 days from the products received. If your order was shipped or returned, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and a processing fee of NT$ 100 will be applied to your refund. Sometimes, import fee might result from the returned shipment. If such fees occurred, they would also be deducted from your refund. Please note: Only products purchased at may be refunded and cancelled.


Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

CREERFAIR provide the service of checking order status, please sign in to your personal account where the detail information and tracking number of order will be provided. Depending on your country of residence, tracking may be available on your national postal service’s website. Please check availability and delivery time frame in table below. If your order has not reached you within the normal delivery time frame, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance.
